It’s the weekend, I gotta clean debris from the yard and pressure wash the house. At least I feel productive! F*ckin Hurricanes!
My neighbor wanted me to come join him on his boat as he went to explore Siesta Key (aka Milton ground zero). I politely declined but what a weird Florida tradition to float around and look at damaged houses.
The pictures he showed me are heartbreaking, some people lost everything. Wind smashed some houses, the storm surge washed some away and left everything in 4 ft of sand. And to make matters worse, you know who else is homeless? The Gators … that’s all we need!
