Shipping is Free! Hurray!

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Any estimated dispatch and delivery date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Carriers

We use USPS First Class postage and it takes on average 1-3 days for mail to arrive at its destination. You will receive a USPS tracking number once it’s shipped. We ship only to USA.
If your order is returned to us undeliverable, usually because of an incorrect address or failure to respond you will cover reshipping charges. $7.95 will be charged to original payment method.

How To Return An Item

Our Returns are very Easy!

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days from the date your order was received.

Your return must be authorized. Please email [email protected] to request a return and an RMA will be assigned.
Buyer pays costs of return shipping. If the item is not authorized, returned worn, damaged, washed or in unsuitable condition we won’t be able to give you any refund and we may have to send it back to you. We will send it back to your default address and will ask you to cover shipping costs.

You will receive your refund within 2-4 working days. It might take extra days to reflect your account depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are very simple too. Please email [email protected] to request an exchange and an RMA will be assigned. Wait for it to be authorized to return it and place another order. You must return the item within 30 days from the date your order was received.

Cancelations

You might be able to cancel your order within two hours of placing it. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cancelation requests must be done in writing, if the order has not been processed we will gladly cancel your order.
