Janis Joplin at Woodstock: The Raw Truth Behind the Set

When people talk about Woodstock, they usually go straight to Hendrix’s national anthem, The Who tearing through My Generation, or Santana’s career-making set. But Janis Joplin — one of the most talked-about performers of her generation — was there too.
