One of my personal favorite movies and probably Eddie Murphy‘s best. Coming to America stars Murphy as crown prince Akeem Joffer of the African nation of Zamunda who is tired of his privileged royal lifestyle and travels to Queens, NYC with his aide, Semmi (played by Arsenio Hall), to find his new… Queen. Coming to America is Eddie Murphy at the height of his comedic powers and is a cult classic and stars many black celebrities before they were famous. I can’t describe funny – so you’ll just have to watch it. If you feel like the heir to the throne of Zamunda, then you are worthy enough for these awesome Coming to America t-shirts.
