Shannon Hoon’s voice had this raw, fluttery ache to it, like he was singing straight from his soul with no filter, yet another tortured rock singer gone too soon. “No Rain” put them on the map with that bee girl dancing into all our hearts, but dig deeper and you’ll find Blind Melon tracks that hit way harder than one-hit-wonder status.
