Father’s Day T-Shirts for the Jock Dad

What to buy Dad for Father’s Day? He already has everything he wants right, so it’s the thought that really counts for Father’s Day! Look, if you get it right with an awesome T-Shirt, that gets his sense of humor, his interests AND that he would wear in front of his friends – then you can be proud!  What would he actually wear in public?

Could you or your father be a Jock Dad aka Papa Strongman?

Is Your Dad the only ripped, muscular guy at the PTA meetings? Does his muscles make your Phys-Ed teacher look like he has a Dad-bod? Did he wake you up early to work out with him? Maybe he talks about the old glory days and keeps his high school trophies in a display cabinet. Does he arrange sports activities for the family and still hates to lose!

If he made you eat all your spinach (and Protein shakes) to grow big and STRONG like him – then he can pop his guns in this shirt

Symptoms: 

1. 1. He always refers to his arms as his “guns” and asks “how much you bench?”
   2. Tries to bring up his old glory days – “you remember I was all-star track & field in high school”
   3. He has his high school and college trophies in a prominent display cabinet at home
   4. Once challenged your phys-ed teacher to an arm-wrestle or fight
   5. He sent you to school with a protein shake (carbs are banned)
   6. You trained with him for the Presidential physical fitness test
   7. STILL gets up at 5am to get in a morning work-out and keep his shape
   8. Checks his fitness tracker often and publicly announces the stats – “I’m in the best shape of my life”
   9. Family vacations are NOT for sitting around (“you can do that at home!”) but for active activities
   10. He taught you sports and hated to lose, even to you!

1. 1. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and 100 burpees
   2. Running, jogging or hiking
   3. WINNING
