Let me start this email by saying, that on the whole, the week so far has been wholesome family fun! I know that bike week used to have something of a reputation with gangs and fights, and what-not – but that’s all changed it seems.
All that being said, it does just take a couple of angry drunk idiots to spoil the fun – but only temporarily. no gang fights, no brawls, just a couple of dudes in a bar had a little too much to drink!
So it may hit the news, but there’s been a couple of fights here. I’ve been spending my evenings in the bars on Main Street. the temperature has been perfect, the music awesome and the vibe is great
So if you’re thinking of coming for the weekend, don’t change your plans!
