Yes, you can receive birthday points by adding your birthday to your account.
Reward coupons must be used before their expiration date; replacements cannot be issued. When shopping on thesocietees.com, sign in with your loyalty account email address to choose available rewards to apply to your order. You may also opt to checkout as a guest, in which case you will not be able to collect the point and receive rewards.

EARNING COUPONS
You earn 1 preferred point for every pre-tax dollar spent (excluding shipping or other fees) at a thesocietees.com. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. Collect points to generate coupons. For more details, log in to your account and click “Dashboard” and “Points”.

REDEEMING COUPONS
Each time you collect 200 points you will be able to generate coupon for $20 to spend on your next purchase.
Coupons are valid for 90 days from the date issued, except in Canada where, in accordance with applicable law, this limitation does not apply.

Only one (1) coupon per purchase can be used, but the value of the purchase must equal or exceed the total value of the combined coupon certificates, as no cash will be given as change.
No, as rewards are customer associated discounts that are available for you to use when you shop at The Societees site. If coupons are not used within 90 days, your discount will be forfeited and cannot be replaced, except in Canada where, in accordance with applicable law, this limitation does not apply.

The Societees loyalty program (“program”) participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of The Societees, Inc. (“ST”). ST has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or coupons, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, or the value of the rewards, except where prohibited by law.

 

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance by participant of any modifications, additions or deletions. All interpretations of program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of ST and such interpretations are binding on participants, except where prohibited by law. The program is valid at thesocietees.com (USA residents only). In order to ensure accurate tracking of the points, participants in the program must identify themselves at every purchase, return or exchange transaction as a member by providing participant’s email address in order to ensure accurate tracking of points. When the purchase is being made on thesocieteess.com website, participant must enter their email address in appropriate fields prior to checkout completion. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada.

 

Participants will earn one point for each dollar of a qualifying purchase (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). If purchased items are returned, the points accumulated with said purchase will be deducted accordingly from participant’s account. Participants must notify ST of any claims regarding point inaccuracies in their accounts by contacting TheSocietees customer service at [email protected] customers with the relevant transaction information within 90 days of the date on the transaction receipt. Any point adjustments shall be made only after verification by PT. Qualifying purchases include only those purchases intended for personal use and not for resale purposes. If The Societees has reason to believe that any purchases are being made for resale purposes, it reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the program at any time, and/or to void, with or without notice, the point accumulation of participant, and/or to terminate such individual’s participation in the program.

 

Point balances accrue throughout the year, and coupons can be issued by participants when reach the limit. From the day when the first point is received after one year all account balances will be reset to zero. Coupons can be used for merchandise purchases only at thesocietees.com. Coupons must be redeemed for a merchandise purchase of at least the face value. No cash change, check refund, or credit for the balance will be given, and a coupon(s) holds no stored value. If a participant is returning the item for a refund, participant will receive the amount paid out-of-pocket for the item after participant’s coupon discount. If a participant purchased several items using coupon, the refund will reflect what was paid out-of-pocket for each particular item return, prorated to reflect the discount received on each item after participant’s coupon discount. Coupon associated with a return will not be re-applied to a participant’s account under any circumstance. ST is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons.

 

The program has no predetermined termination date, and may continue until such date as ST, in its sole discretion, designates as the termination date. ST has the right to end the program at any time without providing written notice to participants. Program valid only for customers providing a valid United States, Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada resident address and email address. Participants are responsible for updating their program account information at thesocietees.com. ST is not responsible for failures or malfunctions of computer or data transmission systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; or any technical problem in connection with the program, program administration, point accumulation or coupon issuance. ST reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void points or rewards of any participant who ST believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, of the program.

 

Program points and coupons may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the program participants. Participants automatically consent to ST’s accumulation, retention, and reasonable use of all information regarding them and their purchases acquired by ST as a result of their participation in the program. ST will not share participant information with a third party for any reason unrelated to its business. Program participant information will be held in accordance with ST’s privacy policy which may be found here.

 

The program and participation therein is void where prohibited by law or where ST would be obligated to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other government regulatory approval relating to the program. Program terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of the program shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Florida and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of said courts. Parties’ liability shall be limited to actual, out-of-pocket damages only, and in no event will any party be liable to the other for punitive, consequential, incidental or other damages.
