The originators of the 90’s Britpop sound, Oasis overtook the UK with their indie rock sound and attitude. Led by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, Oasis became one of the biggest bands in the world in the mid-90s, defined UK pop culture as Cool Britannia, and influenced many bands of that era to create it’s own genre. Sadly, the brothers had major disagreements and disbanded, but they are reuniting for a tour this year!
