A kinda-modern interpretation of Jane Austen‘s Emma (loosely) – Clueless takes that story and turned into a fresh and satirical look at ultra-rich teenagers in a Beverly Hills high school (1st world problems). Clueless focuses on Cher (Alicia Silverstone) and Dionne (Stacey Dash), both named after “great singers of the past” are pampered super-rich fashionista girls who care less about getting good grades than wearing the right clothes and being as popular as possible, aka being “fetch” (yes, we are tryna make that happen) trendsetters. Clueless was the first to create the genre “make-over to popular girl” and became one of the most iconic teen movies of the 90’s. Don’t be “clueless” – All the cool kids need this Clueless T-Shirt.
