I gotta say it’s amazing how the community and neighborhood is pulling together to recover from the double kick in the teeth that was Helen Milton (as I’m calling this summer)
Neighbors are pooling together to cut down trees, fix roofs, clean houses, mend fences (both literal and not). It’s nice to see that in times of crisis, people wanna help their fellow man.
Look, it shouldn’t only be during disasters that people wanna help each other, but they are there when it counts and that’s what matters right now.
