First time I watched Reservoir Dogs I was in awe, but it left more questions than answers, the main one was
“AMAZING Movie! Wait… what the hell is a reservoir dog?”
There’s no reservoir. No dogs.
Just a bunch of guys bleeding out in a warehouse, screaming at each other in code names. So where did that title come from?

“These are like reservoir dogs — trapped and fighting for attention.”
That was it. QT heard it, liked it, and slapped it on the movie. No deep symbolism. Just a weird, gritty image that fit the vibe:

Tarantino doesn’t care if it makes sense. Reservoir Dogs doesn’t need a clear title.It just needed one that sounded dangerous — and this one does.

So, what does Reservoir Dogs mean? Well, it might not have a clean explanation. But does that even matter… the name feels like the movie — unpredictable, raw, and built to blow up. It doesn’t mean anything until it does!
