He is generally known as one of the greatest guitarists in rock history and has received critical acclaim and multiple awards. Slash gained mainstream success as guitarist for GnR before leaving to form rock supergroup Velvet Revolver, he also released 4 solo albums before rejoining Guns N Roses in 2016.
