I had a lazy Monday night (well more lazy than usual), spent way too long watching cable TV with too many ads, I like to put movies on in the evening and kinda watch them with one eye while I’m on my phone. Anyways, last nights movie options were slim pickins – I watched the A-Team remake on FX – anyone else catch that? What did you watch?
I loved the original A-Team as a kid, it was epic, adventurous, rag-tag underdogs always winning. Even though no-one ever got injured or bloodied or died it was always an action-packed blast! I haven’t rewatched them as it won’t feel the same, BUT I know that it was better than the underwhelming remake! Right?
So this got me thinking, when they were making this movie they must have known it wasn’t gonna be as good as the original, so why did they bother making it. Sometimes you just gotta leave the classics alone.
